THE “DEAL”:

There are a couple of things I want to get clear before we start:

<aside> 💡 The main purpose of our work together is that you grow in an area that you define at the start of the process.

Growth - physically and mentally - occurs when there’s a positive balance between adequate stress and quality rest.

In order for us to keep track of your growth process, I have created a template for a file that I call the Body of Work. Its goal is to grasp this abstract thing called growth and turn it into something real, something physical.

The Body of Work includes your training program (with links to exercise videos for online coaching) ****to help you train your physical health and provides tools to help you to get to know yourself better and become more aware of yourself. These tools are based on my years of experience as a practitioner, coach and student.

We will go over an example of the file during our first session.

After some time, you will have gathered a log of your training sessions and insights about yourself that you can use for years to come.

My personal goal in this process is to build something with you that - when years have passed and you look back on your life and our work together - brings you joy and pride.

<aside> 💡 The client takes full responsibility for his/her own growth during our work together. I, as a coach, take full responsibility to guide you to the best of my abilities during our work together (and maybe a bit after).
